Welcome to the City of Holmes Beach
Comprehensive Plan Update
The LaRue team is working with the City Commission, Planning Commission and members of the public to update the plan for the City of Holmes Beach.
The Comprehensive Plan:
- shapes growth and development in the City
- presents the City's vison for the future
- formalizes long range goals and objectives
- adopts policies which are guidelines for land development regulations
- divided into separate elements (similar to chapters) for each area of regulation
- required by Florida Statute 163.3177
